The Certificate in Airline Customer Service is designed by the aviation industry. This ensures the Certificate in Airline Customer Service is industry relevant and employment outcomes are very high.  Some employers come directly to the Aviation Institute when they are recruiting!

Pass the Placement Test and you will be offered a place on one of our courses.

Uniform:  All Airline Customer Service students must wear the Aviation Institute uniform.  Our uniform is stylish, smart and timeless.  It has been designed to create a first impression.  First impressions are far more likely to get you recognised and remembered!  How you look professionally in the aviation and wider tourism industry is of huge importance.  You will be required to purchase a uniform from our supplier once you have enrolled.  You will be expected to be in your uniform in the second week of the course, so there is no need to have all the items prior to your first day.  There is the opportunity on the first day to try some sample items on for sizing!  The cost of the uniform can be claimed in your course related costs from Studylink.

Overview: This Programme prepares people for customer facing roles in aviation and the wider tourism industry. It includes knowledge on tourism operations, the airport environment, customer service, communication and teamwork skills that are essential for customer facing roles. It also builds knowledge about the tourism industry and its importance to the New Zealand economy..
