The written assessment covers some customer service questions, calculations, English comprehension & general knowledge. For the interview we want to know more about you, your interest & passion for the industry & customer service! Experience a tour of the facilities and classrooms & get the chance to ask some current or former students what the course is really like!
Pass the Placement Test and you will be offered a place on one of our courses.
