The Certificate in Airline Customer Service is designed by the aviation industry. This ensures the Certificate in Airline Customer Service is industry relevant and employment outcomes are very high.  Some employers come directly to the Aviation Institute when they are recruiting!

Pass the Placement Test and you will be offered a place on one of our courses.

Where?: Auckland Campus, 7-13 Rennie Drive, Airport Oaks Industrial Estate, Mangere, Manukau, AUCKLAND

Includes: Classroom study and role play.  Famil trips and industry work experience.

How long?: 17 Weeks (includes a long weekend mid course)
