Flight Attendant

Every day as a flight attendant is different with new people and new challenges. You may be required to fly to several different destinations in one day. This is a highly sought after role with immense responsibility -operational excellence in safety and emergency procedures, security awareness and the highest level of customer care.

A flight attendant is responsible for communication of in-flight safety briefing, food & beverage service & providing support to other flight attendants & flight crew.  A flight attendant must also have the following:

Customer Service Assistant

One of the most fast-paced roles in aviation, a customer service assistant must have exceptional customer service and technical skills. Based in the dynamic airport environment, a CSA is always on their feet and needs to be prepared for anything!

A CSA is required to assist with checking in passengers, taking departing passengers to the gate & meeting arriving aircraft, escorting unaccompanied minors & providing a great check in and/or arrival process for all passengers.

Contact Centre Consultant/TRAVEL AGENT

Often the first point of contact between the customer and the airline. The voice of the airline providing customers with their reservations experience. A contact centre consultant can make flight reservations, provide fare quotes, book holiday packages & assist with all flight booking enquiries

Other opportunities exist in areas like VIP lounges, retail stores at the airport and also in the wider tourism industry such as Hotels and Restaurants.
